It is the result of a love story. Irene, a Basque who was doing the Camino, was persuaded by the blue eyes of José María and this changed her life. She came to Cebreiro to spend cold winters with lots of snow and multicultural summers. There are nights when José María plays the guitar and sings. He is not particularly good at it but under the stars of Cebreiro, it becomes spectacular. You can dine a soup or products of the cultivated fields. It will not disappoint you, and it has rooms that are not bad.
